These Terms of Service govern your use of Mova. By using Mova, you agree to these Terms.

1. Current release scope

The current iOS release candidate is a local-first learning app. It does not require login, and it does not ship native follow features, native account deletion, native data export, or native purchase and subscription flows.

2. Permitted use

Mova is provided for personal, non-commercial language learning. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

3. Device storage and connectivity

The current RC keeps core learner data on your device. Some experiences still depend on network access for content delivery, support, updates, or optional notifications.

4. Content and intellectual property

Mova and its lessons, text, audio, design, and software are owned by Mova or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the service for personal study.

5. Changes to the service

We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service over time, including by introducing account-backed or paid features in later releases. If the shipped scope changes materially, we will update these Terms.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Mova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
