Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Mova account and personal data.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile, then Settings, then Account, then Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion in-app. We will immediately begin the deletion process.
What we delete
- Account profile data and preferences
- Learning progress and history
- Subscription entitlement records (status only)
Timing
We aim to complete deletion requests within 7 days.
Data export
You can request a data export in-app from Profile, then Settings, then Account, then Export Data.
Subscriptions
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel your subscription in the store to avoid future charges. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions.
