Account Deletion

This page explains how account deletion works for Mova when account creation and sign-in are available.
In-app deletion
If you create a Mova account, you can initiate deletion from the app's account settings when account rights are enabled. Deletion requires recent sign-in and explicit confirmation by entering DELETE.
What deletion removes
Account deletion is intended to remove your Mova account record and associated personal learning data, including account profile data and account-backed progress, except where limited retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Sign in with Apple accounts
If your account uses Sign in with Apple, Mova requests a fresh Apple authorization during deletion so the backend can revoke Apple tokens as part of the deletion process.
Remove account data from this device
The app may also offer a separate local-only action to remove signed-in account data from the current device. That action does not delete the cloud account.
